To our events in Switzerland let's inspire each other to be more optimistic by:

Following the natural cycle, we meet four times a year and through the natural Themes of a season let us be inspired to greater optimism.
Following each event, we collect small Financial contributions for the support of women in Gambia.
Implementation
Flavia travels to Gambia two to three times a year and uses the money for the following support measures:
- School fees for children who cannot attend school because their mother or parents are unable to pay the school fees (currently approx. CHF 130 per child and school year, including uniform, closed shoes and a mid-morning snack, which are compulsory in Gambian schools)
- Sack of rice (staple food) for families of single mothers, or for women whose husbands do not pay for food (currently approx. CHF 30 for 50 kilos)
- Repairing holes in the roof so that the women and their children stay dry even during the rainy season (approx. CHF 50 to 200 depending on the repair)
During your stay in Gambia, she organises a Meeting with the women concerned and inspiring them to have more optimism and a more conscious mindset. She is assisted by Fanta Fanneh, a reliable and long-standing Gambian friend. There is the possibility of accompanying Flavia to Gambia (tourism project)
Through Photos, bookkeeping and reports Flavia and Fanta document how the donations are used and what results emerge from them. The results are presented at every meeting in Switzerland.
There are no great discoveries and progress as long as there is still a single unhappy child on Earth.
